modHouse.biz is the website for architect Jonathan Elmore and modHouse, a residential project delivery initiative focused on sustainable, modern architecture.  Sustainability is a core value for me because the construction and operation of buildings accounts for 40% of the world's energy consumption and 33% of CO2 emissions.  As a practicing architect, my goal is to create architecture that is sustainable and gives clients a unique place of their own.

 Moving along!

At 403 Callan Circle, all systems are installed and awaiting inspection before proceeding to sheetrock work on the interior.  Door and windows are in and wood siding is near completion to be followed by stucco application on the first floor exterior.
