modHouse.biz is the website for architect Jonathan Elmore and modHouse, a residential project delivery
initiative focused on sustainable, modern architecture. Sustainability is a core value for me because the
construction and operation of buildings accounts for 40% of the world's energy consumption and 33% of CO2 emissions. As a practicing architect, my goal is to create architecture that is sustainable and gives clients a unique
place of their own.
